NIL VACUUM HARDENING TECHNOLOGY

We use vacuum technology for the hardening of parts made of special and tool steels, and brazing. With NIL's vacuum technology, perfect micro structure, minimum deformation, super clean surfaces and optimum material characteristics are established.

NIL COMPUTER CONTROL AND TRACEBILITY TECHNOLOGY

All process parameters are traced by computer and controlled by PLC. The data is recorded to central computer system related to the charge number (a number given to each batch of each part put into the furnace) This system makes the traceable and repeatable process possible.

SPECIAL FIXTURE DESIGN

Special fixture will be designed in case of deformation danger. The design is made by NIL and fixture is produced in Turkey so that the cost is as low as possible.

CLEANLINESS

The vacuum system makes resulting clean surfaces possible. An ultrasound cleaning machine help even more clean part surfaces if you need.
