NIL ATMOSPHERE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY
Endogas, produced by Endogas Generator with controlled dew point and
temperature, is used as carrier gas and in case propane and ammonia is used as
enrichment gas. This type of atmosphere makes the carbon controlled at optimum
and results with clean part surfaces.
Shaker hearth furnace has controlled atmosphere with PLC, and oxygen probe
and mixers.
NIL COMPUTER CONTROL AND TRACEBILITY TECHNOLOGY
All process parameters are traced by computer and controlled by PLC. The data
is recorded to central computer system related to the charge number (a number
given to each batch of each part put into the furnace) This system makes the
traceable and repeatable process possible.
CLEANLINESS
The advanced atmosphere control system makes resulting clean surfaces
possible. An ultrasound cleaning machine help even more clean part surfaces.
