NIL ATMOSPHERE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY
Endogas, produced by Endogas Generator with controlled dew point and
temperature, is used as carrier gas and in case propane and ammonia is used as
enrichment gas. This type of atmosphere makes the carbon controlled at optimum
and results with clean part surfaces.
All quench furnaces has controlled atmosphere with PLC, computer, oxygen
probe and mixers. Those control units makes it possible to control the furnace
carbon potential with very close tolerances.
NIL COMPUTER CONTROL AND TRACEBILITY TECHNOLOGY
All process parameters are traced by computer and controlled by computer/PLC.
The data is recorded to central computer system related to the charge number (a
number given to each batch of each part put into the furnace) This system makes
the traceable and repeatable process possible.
SPECIAL FIXTURE DESIGN
Special fixture will be designed in case of deformation danger. The design is
made by NIL and fixture is produced in Turkey so that the cost is as low as
possible.
NIL PARTIAL HARDENING TECHNOLOGY
NIL makes it possible for your parts to be hardened partially (Carburising
only) Just let us know which surfaces are not going to be hardened.
CLEANLINESS
The advanced atmosphere control system makes resulting clean surfaces
possible. An ultrasound cleaning machine help even more clean part surfaces.
