Company Profile

NIL is established in the year 1992, as the first commercial heat treater which has a transport service to the doors of customers, giving micrographed reports for each batch and a system that is working 24 hours, 7 days and 52 weeks. Yearly capacity is approx. 6000 tones per year.

Starting from the first batch, quality is the main interest are of our partners. Some of the heat treatments that is made are, direct hardening, carburising, vacuum treatment, cryogenic treatment... Our main customers are in the fields of automotive and home appliance industries.

NIL has nearly a perfect quality system which is certified with an ISO/TS16949 certificate.

Highlights of NIL

We also have a phosphate coating facility for fine crystalline coating, included in our ISO/TS 16949 certificate
We have an internet site called as NILSERVIS, which our customers can see the status of their parts. The site is updated every 30 minutes, automatically.
All furnace setups are made via computer without human interference, and controlled with PLC
We follow fully, the recommendations of CQI-9
